HYBRID STRATEGIC AND MARKETING PLAN
ADLA services the Counties of L.A., Ventura and Santa Barbara. The Archdiocese boasts a number of well-run schools that are driven on standards of academic excellence and Catholic faith.
In continuing to meet those standards, ADLA rolled out an initiative to introduce dual language immersion education to select schools in the L.A. region.
Our task was to create effective strategy, messaging and campaign goals to attract both Catholic and non-Catholic parents to those select schools.
The deliverable was a hybrid Strategic and Marketing Plan that provided a clear road map for annual print and digital execution at each school, and also regionally.
