Course attendees may cancel registration after the 1st week ONLY. A cancellation request MUST be received prior to the start of the 2nd week of the session.  

Course attendees must submit a request in writing to info@karencarrcrawford.com to receive a full refund. Notice of refund approval will be forwarded to the email address on file.

Refunds are not permitted during week 2 through week 5, whether or not the attendee was present. Failure to attend all 5 weeks of the session does not constitute an automatic refund. 

Again, a request for refund must be made after Week 1, but before the start of Week 2. Refunds will be returned within 15 days upon approval.
